Definition of Myofascial 
Neck Trigger Points The word myofascial is a combination of two words “myo” and “fascial”. These words are related to muscles and connective tissues. So, myofascial is actually pain caused by muscles that are surrounded by connective tissues in body.
What is Myofascial Pain Syndrome?
Myofascial pain is also known as myofascial trigger point. It is a chronic pain syndrome which is usually caused due to pressure on trigger points of certain muscles.
